The River of Creativity

Here follows photographs of the River of Creativity parade that took place on 8th July 2017 in Broad Street, Reading for the launch of the new Reading-on-Thames Festival. This collaborative project with The Rising Sun Arts Centre saw five local community groups come together to create a fairy tale, travelling river that included a pirate ship and crew, fishes, rivers of fabric and dance, poetry, singing, music and drama performances along the way.
